CounselLink Conference 2017 Panel Session to Address Law Firm Diversity

Diversity. Since the adoption of ABA Resolution 113 last August it seems as though nearly everyone in the legal profession is talking about it.

A growing number of law firms and corporate law departments are doing more than talking about diversity. As called for in Resolution 113, they’ve taken steps “to expand and create opportunities at all levels of responsibility for diverse attorneys.”

CounselLink Conference 2017 organizers have enlisted a handful of corporate law early adopters of the diversity initiative for what promises to be an enlightening panel discussion on the challenges and rewards of building a law firm diversity program.

Facilitated by Dan Ruderman of LexisNexis, a panel of corporate law customers who are actively engaged in implementing diversity initiatives will share their experiences, insights and best practice recommendations for requesting, capturing and reporting on law firm timekeeper diversity information. The session promises to provide a thought-provoking, first-hand perspective on the challenges and the rewards of addressing law firm diversity at the corporate law level.
